In the first video, Christian explains that “it’s all centered around spreading messages of love, of positivity, and principles we should live by.”

Wenda Nel


Wenda Nel (née Theron; born 30 July 1988) is a South African athlete specialising in the 400 metres hurdles. She competed at the 2011 World Championships reaching the semifinals. She competed in the women's 400 metres hurdles at the 2020 Summer Olympics.

Grant Holloway


Stanley Grant Holloway (born November 19, 1997) is an American hurdler and sprinter. He is the 2019 world champion in the 110 meters hurdles, 2020 Olympic silver medalist in the same event, and current world record holder in the indoor 60 m hurdles, with a time of 7.29 seconds which he set on February 24, 2021. He is also the second fastest man in the 110 meters hurdles in history with a personal best of 12.81 seconds, set at the U.S. Olympic Trials on June 26, 2021.

Nicola McDermott


Nicola Lauren McDermott (born 28 December 1996) is an Australian high jumper. McDermott won the silver medal at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics in the high jump and is the current high jump Oceanian record holder.

Paola Moran Errejon


Paola Morán Errejón (born 25 February 1997) is a Mexican sprinter who specializes in the 400 metres.[2] She won two medals at the 2019 Summer Universiade. She finished 9th at the 2019 World Championships in Doha, Qatar.
